Do you accept walk-ins?
We operate primarily by appointment to ensure every client receives our full attention without rushing. While we try to accommodate walk-ins if a chair happens to be free, we strongly recommend booking online to guarantee your spot.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We understand plans change. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. This allows us to offer the spot to another client. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.
How early should I arrive
We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your appointment. This allows you to check in, grab your complimentary drink and relax in the lounge before your cut.
Where is the best place to park?
The most convenient parking is inside Claremont Quarter (Free for 3 hours). Use the Quentin Avenue entrance for the quickest walk to our door.
Do you accept card or cash?
We accept all major cards (Tap & Go) and cash. Gift vouchers are also available for purchase in store.
